Submission types

• Panel session. For 3 to 5 speakers who wish to present collection of papers on a common topic
• Round table discussions. For 3 to 5 speakers who wish to promote reflection and active discussion on a common topic
• Individual oral presentation. For anyone wishing to give an oral presentation on their research
• Individual poster. For anyone who whishes to present a poster on their research

Formatting requirements

All abstracts, including for panel sessions, individual oral presentations, and posters should be submmited:

• Using the available template: Abstract template
• Save and submitted in PDF format

Instructions for presenters

• Oral presentations (individual submissions), should be made aiming for 10 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A, per speaker. We suggest that presenters use the speakers list that is presented in the conference full program, to determine the order of presentations. The last speaker should take track of time.
• Conference posters, should be printed in 48” x 60” (122cm x 152cm) size.
